Voy is permanently closed
General Information
The VOY office is located at 819 North Interstate Drive, Norman, Oklahoma, 73069.
The VOY office is open with an agent available from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We allow after hours drop offs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you choose to return a vehicle after hours, one of our VOY team members will be happy to show you how to do this, when you pick up your rental.

Getting Started
We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
With a credit card, the full balance will be charged upfront plus a $250 refundable deposit at the time of pick up.

If paying with a debit card, the full balance will be charged upfront plus $300 refundable deposit. The following items are required. 2 current utility bills in the renters name with no past due balance. The address on the bills must match the address on the drivers license. An Oklahoma drivers license is required when using a debit card. Debit card rentals will need to have proof of full coverage insurance or will be required to purchase additional coverage from VOY at the time of rental.

Yes, 24 hours is our shortest available rental period. However, you can return the car anytime
within 24 hours. At this time, we do not offer any hourly rentals.
Yes, we deliver rental vehicles within a 10-mile radius of our office located at 819 N Interstate Dr in Norman. If you are a local business with an established account, we have the ability to deliver vehicles outside of the 10 mile radius. Please call or text the VOY team at 405-857-8641 if you need a vehicle deliverd. We will assist however we can.
Yes, you can modify reservations at anytime. You can make changes on the website. You can also call or text the VOY team and we will be happy to help.
No, personal car insurance is not required. If you do not have full coverage of your own, additional coverage with a $0 deductible is available for purchase at the time of the rental.
Please be aware that you must accept or decline additional coverages before you drive off the lot. If you decline but then change your mind, and want to add coverage, you must come back to our office and do that in person.
If paying with credit card, you can give us a call or text and we will be happy to extend your rental. You will only be charged the additional time you need.

If paying with a debit card, you will need to extend your rental in person at the VOY office. You will only be charged for the additional time needed.

Picking up and returning your rental
This is for your protection. We verify the vehicle’s condition before and after each rental so that you aren’t charged for damage you didn’t cause.
Our rentals are based on a 24 hour period. We offer a 1-hour grace period. After that, you will be charged an addional day.
Our rentals are based on a 24 hour period. If you return a day early, you are only charged for the days you have the vehicle. If you return before the 24 hour period is complete, you are still charged for that day.
Payments and fees
The full rental balance, added option, and/or security deposit is expected upfront (state taxes will vary). We don’t offer payment plans. Any charges from tickets or tolls will be due at the time of receipt.
You will receive a receipt from one of our VOY employees when you return. You will also get a receipt sent to your email we have on file.
The charge on your statement will be “VOY Car Rental Elevated.”
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for military personnel with proper documentation and first responders with their badges as verification.
VOY car rental policies
Yes, as long as pets are kept in a carrier, they are allowed inside our vehicles. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00, with the exception of a permitted service animal.

No, all of our vehicles are non-smoking. Any violations will result in a $250 fee, which will be collected at the time of return.
If renting with a credit card, additional drivers are allowed. They must be registered as an additional driver on your rental contract. Secondary renters must have a valid US Driver’s License on hand at time of check in.
You will be responsible for changing the tire (all the proper equipment will be in the vehicle). If
you aren’t able to do it yourself, we will work with you to send assistance your way. Your safety
is the most important thing to us.
Don’t hesitate to contact your VOY agent if you run into any maintenance issues. They will find
the best way to get the vehicle serviced quickly.
Call 911 immediately. Get a police report about the incident, plus the other driver’s license and
insurance information. Then contact the VOY office directly. We will take care of the rest for you.
Yes, you (the primary driver of the vehicle) are responsible for any traffic violations and parking
tickets.
No, we do not allow our vehicles to be used for towing.
No, we don’t have lost and found. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please
thoroughly check the car before returning it.
You can drive to another state but must stay within the continental US.
Miscellaneous
We do have airport deliveries available to be dropped off in Lot 1. If this is a service you are interested in, please add airport delivery at the time of booking your reservation. Please call or text our office if you have any additional questions.
Yes, but availability is somewhat limited. Please get in touch with us to find out if we will have
any car seats at the time of your rental.
Yes, but we have limited availability. Please contact us ahead of time to find out if we have any at your rental time.
No, not at this time.
No, we do not offer one-way rental options at this time.
